android flickers between frames

Hi,

I've plugged this in and it works brilliantly on iPhone. however when viewed on android we experience frame flicker.  Further investigation of this issue shows that the range of 'X' values returned by android seems for vary wildly. 

It is the range of these values that seems to cause the script to flicker between images.
