perf-test: multiple target size change of thorvg #111
Description
Current perf-test seems trigger the size changing in the begining, it could affect boot time. It would be good to check whether the size change in the perf-test is really a necessary step. Otherwise we can confirm the size first and initialize the thorvg after. This can be improved in the perf-test launch performance, users could experience better performance results of thorvg.
