Write unit tests

Currently there's a single "integration test" that attempts to cover the entire range of capabilities in a single shot. This should be more detailed, with each type of RST content (and associated render function) separately tested. 

Add pending tests for types of RST content that are not yet implemented (wether by the renderer or the parser).
