Feature: Add randomized entrances to hints #66

What feature would you like to see?
The webtracker has an Entrance column for hints, to be used with ER. When ER in LADX is on, hints still say "Vanilla" for the entrance, even though that is incorrect. Please add the randomized entrance to the hint data so that it can populate the Entrance column.
