GH automation to deploy `main` branch on live endpoint

In order to facilitate Threshold DAO owning, managing and responding to issues with the token supply endpoint, it would be beneficial that there's a more automated approach on how the service is updated. It should be relatively straightforward to transition from a manual process owned by Thesis to an automated process that simply requires approval from a set of "admins".
