Hey thriving123, thanks for the steps! I downloaded the binary and started the tool, and the GUI did show up. But when I clicked the reset button, it didn’t work with Cursor AI 0.48.9 I’m not sure if this version is supported or what should i do ?

Please ask whether your computer is Windows or Mac. At the same time, does the information in the GUI interface change after you click the button? If so, please restart the cursor to try. If it doesn't work, please re-register an account.

I'm using on Mac I'm trying many times but still not working when i'm click reset the gui interface change id already but I'm still Too many free trial accounts used on this machine. Please upgrade to pro. I'm try to logout and create new acc too.

Yes, of course but I'm still Too many free trial accounts used on this machine.
First I close cursor app and click reset button, and then I'm try to click restart button to open cursor and login new account still get Too many free trial accounts used on this machine.

You can just delete the file /Applications/Cursor.app/Contents/Resources/app/out/main.js and rename the file /Applications/Cursor.app/Contents/Resources/app/out/main.js.backup to /Applications/Cursor.app/Contents/Resources/app/out/main.js . And then it will be work.

And I have no macOS device so I can not find a way to fix it, I will try to create a macOS device environment tomorrow to fix this issue
