Convert annotation video mat files to COCO #1213

Hello, I have such a problem. I am part of the Ukrainian team that is developing a detection system that could help save many lives. I'm on the team as a data scientist. But I ran into a problem, I need to convert the annotations to the video in mat format to COCO format in order to train YOLOv7. Help me please.
