Tensorflow update to TF 2.x #1215
Description
Post the Tensorflow has been updated to Tensorflow 2. while running dark flow it's been running into a lot of errors.
There is a high need to migrate TensorFlow code from TensorFlow 1. x to TensorFlow 2.
