Can't get it running

I absolutely love what I see in the demo video. But I can't get it running (all newbie, sorry). It does not add chat window to the tabby or any commands to get it up. Do I miss any other plugins? readme is also very minimalistic how to configure connecting to MCP. Do I need cursor to be installed?
