Submitting add-ons `seamonkey` checkbox is a no-op

When submitting new add-ons, one can check the `seamonkey` platform as being one of the supported options. However when submitting, it is not added by the UI as supported platform.

One still needs to click on "add platform" and select seamonkey, and select the proper version ranges.
