Adding account causes crashes #10132

Steps to reproduce
- Fresh installation (Clear All Data)
- Add Account (Tested with outlook and Gmail)
- Go through OAth2.0 process.
Using the import feature from thunderbird, it stuck for a long time.
Outlook and Gmail don't have folders like deleted, sent archiver etc.
Other mail account who don't use OAth2.0 behave normally.
Can't confirm if it relevant.
Expected behavior
Successfully add accounts.
Actual behavior
After a few of circles.
No responding after returning from browser.
