Steps to reproduce

  • Go to Settings, Accounts, select your account
  • Folders
  • Set Trash folder to None
  • Quit Thunderbird

Expected behavior

The setting should be retained.

On my mobile device, I want to delete e-mails directly without going to the trash, as I mostly get rid of spam.

Actual behavior

It keeps reverting to "Automatic (Trash)".
