Bug

When I scroll down to add a Bearer as shown above, I can't scroll back to the upper section where the send button is. It's just not possible. I tried different methods to go back up, but it ain't moving. Please fix it. I tried the same on other pc's but I can't get it to bug on them. It seems its unique to my pc only.
I don't know if it's my problem, but please try to do solve this....
