This is because Niconico added a new query string ?pc=1 which no longer matched the pattern.

Hopefully the author could find time to fix all those issues and update this extension through Firefox Add-on, but for now we don't have other options except using a local version including any fix.

Fixed. Thanks for your work. I tried contacting the author at his twitter, but he hasn't responded yet.
