Improve the UX for people who upload a static exported version of a TiddlyWiki #352
Description
Maybe they don't understand the difference between a static html export of a TiddlyWiki, or maybe they're just expecting it to work anyhow. But maybe Tiddlyhost could detect it and give them some guidance. Currently they get a "418" error and no help.
