iOS 26 top/bottom scroll blur effect

Description

Would be nice to implement iOS 26 new top and bottom blur scrolling effect.

Solution

I'm not sure if this is all that is needed but it looks like the following would have to be added for the edge effects.

You should be able to do that already, I think. Check the kitchensink app:

it blurs when you scroll up childviews. And you could use the new blur view effects if you want to build that by hand

@m1ga I believe that is only when using a navigation window that it will do the blur currently. The scroll edge effect should allow the blur to be added to any scrollable view and at the top and/or bottom.

@m1ga also you can't use the new glass blur effect that was added because that has a hard edge. There is a new style called soft that allows for the gradual fade effect. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/swiftui/scrolledgeeffectstyle

Im not sure if that can be added to the existing blur view, if it could it would allow for this style on a scrollable view.
