Improve `make_parameter_list()` to respect argument order in function signature

It would be nice if they were in the same order as they appear in the signature of model function, here mlp(). The order is made in make_parameter_list() (from man/rmd/aaa.Rmd). Commenting here to turn this into a separate issue.
