Looks like CloudFront [supports](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/ServingCompressedFiles.html) serving compressed MVTs now. Which means we can set the MIME content-type to 'application/vnd.mapbox-vector-tile' to place nice with wider range of tooling.
