Make the trigger customizable or different

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I noticed when using Obsidian on an ipad or mobile device when I type the -- trigger and then the bible verse that the -- annoying gets autocorrected to a different style of dash which can sometimes cause Obsidian to insert a bullet point instead.

Can we have a setting in the plugin for the user to be able to configure the obsidian-bible-reference trigger or use a different trigger that won't be autocorrected?

I wouldn't mind implementing this. It does however require some opinionated design choices. @tim-hub if you didn't want to tackle this yourself, let me know your vision for implementing this and I can give it a shot.
