It seems that the api which is used by the biliup-rs is down. Thus I will substitute it with my lib bilitool. The detail reason has already been explained in #170 (comment)

Btw, due to the fact that I have just developed the scanning QR code to login the web api. Consequently, it can't utilize the regular app API. So I will keep using the biliup-rs to append the videos until the other login methods are developed.

昨晚 release 了 v.0.2.10 ，采用了我自己写的 bilitool 作为替代，欢迎按照新的方法使用。

另外下个月会发一个 v.0.3.0，应该会是全新的架构。

v0.2.10 测试通过了，没有问题，可以直接拉取了。
