具体是哪种乱码，能发张截图案例吗？

如果全部都是方框的话，说明字体缺失，参考文档：https://bilive.timerring.com/scan.html#why-are-the-rendered-danmaku-and-subtitles-a-square 安装 assets 目录下的 msyh.ttf
