DOC: Remove Adding Animations section

from the Writing Documentation section of the developer's docs. Animations get
perfectly well embedded in the documentation by sphinx without the need of
linking to youtube. More complex examples can be posted in the Discourse
Showcases section instead of contacting Michael Droettboom for the login
password to upload youtube videos.
