导致图片的imageOrientation丢失

视图使用tj_UIImageHEICRepresentation保存为heic格式 ,保存到Document沙盒目录之后, 转换为jpg格式并导出到 系统相册 结果图片是 横向显示的 本来imageOrientation 应该 是2 但是导出的时候的到的 是0
