chore: update dependencies and devDependencies to latest versions

- Upgraded Angular packages from version 20.1.x to 20.3.x
- Updated CodeMirror packages to their latest versions
- Bumped versions for various other dependencies including prettier, eslint, and typescript
- Modified main.server.ts to include BootstrapContext in the bootstrap function
