Not working based on server file directory

System: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
Device: Orange pi 5 plus (16G model)

When I try to use lazy mc in a directory created by Pufferpanel it wont detect that the server has started, but when I try using it in the downloads directory everything works fine.

The server is in the directory: /var/lib/pufferpanel/servers/5c52749b which makes me have to run lazymc with sudo else it cant read or write anything.
Mabye this is the cause? But running the server in the downloads folder with sudo works so I dont think that is the cause. Also please note that the lazymc file is also in the server directory in both cases and I am using the newest version (v0.2.11).

You know that you can just drop the file in the panel and change the start parameter to ./lazymc start (lazymc is the filename)

Atleast you can do it in pterodactyl panel

I got it running on another panel, but when I tried to do what you said I makes a whole lot of errors about the world file being corrupted (most likely bad permissions), and when I try to give it all permissions it still does the same thing. Also pterodactyl is not an option for me, as I couldn't get it to install properly and work.
