[Bug] whitelistPage and blacklistPage options are not working well

Expected Behaviour

When I put page url into whitelistPage or blacklistPage option it should either show on the only specified page or prevent from showing on the listed page but none of them worked.

Actual Behaviour

It does nothing

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. configure the poject exactly like discribed https://www.npmjs.com/package/ngx-cookieconsent/v/4.0.1
2. add whitlistPage or blacklistPage to cookieConfig:NgcCookieConsentConfig

cookieConfig:NgcCookieConsentConfig = {...
whitelistPage: ['/','/explore'], ///I've tried pattern matcher also but it doesn't work too
