Shift to monorepo

We will be moving to a monorepo approach. Monorepo is basically multiple projects in one repo. So for example this single repo will contain frontend, backend, other services for tk platform. For monorepo we will use a tool called turborepo.

I'll do the migration of existing codebase to monrepo 😄 . But learn about monorepo and its differences.

Another change that will be followed by this would be moving to nestjs rather than bare fastify,

Why this shift:

1. Team needs more time to get matured to nodejs ecosystem
2. With nestjs there is one way to do stuff and less guidance needs to be provided
3. They have now a great documentation
