Update tinypilotkvm.com URLs to new paths (#1904)

Resolves tiny-pilot/tinypilot-pro#1588

This change updates tinypilotkvm.com URLs to new paths throughout the
TinyPilot web interface, including the 502 error message, and the
README.md.
