Update README security considerations and Pro features (#1913)

Related tiny-pilot/tinypilot-pro#1547

Now that [Community supports HTTPS and basic user
authentication](#1912), we
can remove the "security considerations" and update the list of
available Pro features.

Note that the list of Pro features were listed in the order that they
were announced according to our news blog:
