Missing task in project, Could not find task dev in project

hi Team

I am trying to follow the doc to run mockingbird locally, 

When I run npm run dev I have the following error: 

> dev
> turbo dev

turbo 2.5.0

  × Missing tasks in project
  ╰─▶   × Could not find task `dev` in project

Could you please help here ? cheers
