Model bind cannot be enabled

What is the current behavior?

The logic to enable model bind relies on if onUpdate:modelValue can be found in ctx.attrs. The behaviour around that has been changed so declared emit events will never show up in the ctx.attrs. More details can be found vuejs/core#2599

Please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem via codesandbox.io or similar.

• bind modelValue and update:modelValue with editor component
• update the modelValue outside editor component
• the content in the editor component is not updated

I am using vue@3.4.38

What is the expected behavior?
Editor will update the content if modelValue is changed

Which versions of TinyMCE, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of TinyMCE or tinymce-vue?

• using chrome on windows 11
