How do I modify the placement of the date?

The only way to change where the date is placed is to use 2 instances of the plasmoid:

1. Create a plasmoid for time and disable the date display and click apply

2. Create another plasmoid and disable the time display and click apply

3. Move things around until you have it where you want it.
