[FEATURE] - Application Status Badge on Event Card

Users would be able to see the status of whether applications are open or closed for conferences/hackathons. This way, they know which events they're still eligible to apply for.

Similar to how the current "Student" badge is implemented on the event card, "Applications Open" or "Applications Closed" would appear.

Contributors/maintainers may have to manually keep track of countdown to opening/closing of applications for conferences/hackathons as due dates aren't always listed on the actual websites themselves.

Good idea, I may make a project board for something like this.
Ideally, there'd be a button to report applications are closed, maybe with the GitHub API to automatically open an issue.
