Rakuten optimized a landing page with 0.4 second improvement on page load time, 92% improvement in CLS, and 7.95% improvement in FID. A month-long A/B test splitting traffic between the original and optimized landing pages saw a 53.37% increase in revenue per visitor, 33.13% increase in conversion rate, 15.20% increase in average order value, 9.99% increase in average time spent, and 35.12% reduction in exit rate on the optimized landing page.
