not working on debian unstable

Hi,

I'm running on ruby 2.3.3 and weechat 1.6 and I get the following error:

Same problem here on Archlinux with weechat 1.7 and Ruby 2.4

Similar here on MacOS with weechat 1.7 and ruby 2.4.1, Url hinter 0.3. (was working before upgrade).

Thanks @yinflying, that fixed it for now (diff attached). I'll test it out for a few days and perhaps submit a PR.

Still was not working for me without changing line 50 from:

if Weechat.config_is_set_plugin(option) == 0
to
if Weechat.config_is_set_plugin(option) == 1

Is this something I should have set in the scripts options?
