Preset support

We use tslint-config-prettier in our TSLint config, is there any way to configure additional presets in this engine?

Hey @bodhi,

Engines may include vendored plugins and/or shared configurations for use during analysis. I might reference the instructions we have in the codeclimate-eslint engine, and open a PR here adding support for tslint-config-prettier.
