Google Analytics custom event enhancements

Evaluate what event details are being transmitted, such as Zoom meetings. Make sure they get tracked by adding custom dimensions in GA, and add any requested details useful for dashboards and reports.

Can also optionally replace current consent banner + google analytics integration with the React implementation that has been merged in Instructor Tools.

I recommend at least looking through the Reports tab, maybe the Explore tab as well (play around with a new "exploration"). We can review your questions after I return from vacation.
