Update user on backend progress via toasts #118
Description
Similar to Imagerep, adding toast could be an nice way to keep the user updated about the segmentation process:
- Any errors that occur (loading classifier etc)
- Progress on featurisation [x/N] done (and time estimate based on delta_t to featurise 1st stack)
