Add tldr page for ghq - a tool for managing remote repository clones.

ghq organizes Git repositories in a structured directory hierarchy based on the repository URL's hostname and path.

Closes #6118

  • The page(s) are in the correct platform directories: common, linux, osx, windows, sunos, android, etc.
  • The page(s) have at most 8 examples.
  • The page description(s) have links to documentation or a homepage.
  • The page(s) follow the content guidelines.
  • The page(s) follow the style guide.
  • The PR title conforms to the recommended templates.
  • Version of the command being documented (if known):

We had a recent change to the option order #18491. Would you mind changing the order and testing to make sure the commands work?

did i get it right fixed it according to the new Updated argument order to match #18491
