improve OTP sending

I like your program.

Could you add the following features?

1. Make one-time passwords (OTP) optional in the client.
2. Add the option to not generate a single password from the user password from the host configuration and the one-time password (OTP).
   Instead, first send the user password from the host configuration and wait for the server's response to the second password request, similar to "Password1" in the OpenConnect client. The OTP should only be sent after the second request.
