Reading terminal input and escaping characters

First, thanks for this great tool!

I was setting up a new c-bindings project and in my project description I happened to use an apostrophe (e.g. Alice's). This was rendered everywhere (the README, the dune-project and therefore the opam file) as \'. This is an illegal escape character according to opam and during make deps the project fails to install the deps as it cannot read the opam file. I'm guessing the issue is somewhere in the inquire library :))
