Status of Lib

Hello, curious about the status of this lib in terms of recommended use and if you're going to put it up on Hackage at any point. If there are issues that need work I'd gladly help.

Hi! Happy to put it up on Hackage if other people might find it useful. In fact, if you've used it I'd be interested in your feedback.

I originally started working on this for a different project (which was already using numeric-prelude), and while it mostly works (at least, the small part of numeric-prelude that I have implemented) there is some impedance mismatch which could make it difficult to use this library. For example, ZeroTestable is not implementable, since it uses concrete type Bool. Similarly, classes like ToInteger and ToRational, as we don't have arbitrary-precision computations in Accelerate. Since these are pretty low down in the class hierarchy, these might bite people unexpectedly with a runtime error.

One way around that issue (and what I did with the standard Haskell type class hierarchy in the base library) would be to just redefine the problematic classes as necessary. It would be a lot of work, but should be relatively straightforward. I don't know how badly this would diverge from the core numeric-prelude library though, and how that might affect usability...
