Ability to avoid backing up emails

Hi @tmiland,
first of all it's nice to read such tidy code :) Bash functions are awesome.

I was wondering if you would consider adding a cli option for skipping actual email backup (specifying the sub-folders, or something). Sometimes you want to backup only the configuration basically.

What do you think?
