Directly communicate with GPIO pins for Motor Hat plug-in

Instead of using the node-red-node-pi-gpio nodes in flows, integrate with the GPIO pins directly. This simplifies flows and doesn't really remove any capabilities of the flow, since the integration is always the same configuration.
