SPEC.mdto define audience, scope, constraints, acceptance criteria, and verification commands. - Wrote
PLAN.mdto break the work into four vertical slices. - Wrote
TODO.mdto track slice status and freeze scope for the next implementation step. - Created proof-doc scaffolding in
docs/so the repo visibly records how it was built. - Built the business-user repo shell:
README.md,AGENTS.md, checklist, source packet, templates, and examples. - Authored the six front-door skills with consistent frontmatter, lean guardrails, and outcome-first output shapes.
- Ran a custom validation script to verify expected files, skill frontmatter, skill-name matching, README links, balanced Markdown fences, and the six-skill limit.
