Build Log

Historical build log from the original ai-business-skills launch.

2026-06-09

  1. Read the companion-repo brief from the attached request.
  2. Loaded the requested ai-engineering-skills workflow instructions for $mini-spec, $thin-plan, $scope-freeze, $build-one, $test-mini, $verify-contract, and $handoff.
  3. Wrote SPEC.md to define audience, scope, constraints, acceptance criteria, and verification commands.
  4. Wrote PLAN.md to break the work into four vertical slices.
  5. Wrote TODO.md to track slice status and freeze scope for the next implementation step.
  6. Created proof-doc scaffolding in docs/ so the repo visibly records how it was built.
  7. Built the business-user repo shell: README.md, AGENTS.md, checklist, source packet, templates, and examples.
  8. Authored the six front-door skills with consistent frontmatter, lean guardrails, and outcome-first output shapes.
  9. Ran a custom validation script to verify expected files, skill frontmatter, skill-name matching, README links, balanced Markdown fences, and the six-skill limit.
  10. Initialized git and created the requested initial commit: Create Cowork-first ai-business-skills.
  11. Rewrote commit authors to tmusser, created the GitHub repository tmusser/ai-business-skills, and pushed main.
