CICD for automated testing and release packaging #69
Description
- Improve test project dependencies to allow tests to run in GitHub actions VM.
- Look at generating L5X files for testing. Make all samples embedded resources with test fixture for loading content.
- Add workflows for generating all project packages when new tag is created and pushed.
