Is there a way to return a list of all expressions in an AST?

For example if I have an AST of:

(TIMESTAMPTRUNC this: 
  (DATEADD this: 
    (CURRENTTIMESTAMP ), expression: 
    (NEG this: 
      (LITERAL this: 1, is_string: False)), unit: 
    (VAR this: month)), unit: 
  (VAR this: month))

I'd like to return a list of all the expressions contained in that AST, so something like:

[
  exp.TIMESTAMPTRUNC,
 exp.DATEADD,
 exp.CURRENTTIMESTAMP,
 exp.NEG,
 exp.LITERAL,
 exp.VAR,
 exp.VAR
]

Is there some function that does that?
