[Suggestion] Add BoF section under Resources or Community section

We now have BoF (https://github.com/todogroup/ospology/tree/main/BoF) as it has a lot of content in the README.md. I believe showing them on the website would be more beneficial and accessible compared to going to the GitHub repo.

We can add this under the Resources or Community section

Thanks for raising this issue @Delta456 ! This is a feature that indeed needs to be added in the Navbar, as well as a new section that link to the OSPO Book. I'd suggest both to be inside the resource section.

I'm adding @cjyabraham to this thread for awareness. I may be able work on this in the upcoming weeks 🙂

Sounds great @anajsana. I would propose to work on adding the BoF section which I feel is easier and can help me to understand the codebase more 🙂
