* chore: Update code samples for new Python v2 library

* fix a few issues

* fix some fineTune naming

* cleanup and remove multipart file uploads that should not be directly accessed outside of file upload sdk

* Remove evals update API as this is not intended to be a public API

* fix yaml

* fix label for docs
