it does not auto save the pomodoro settings when using the arrows

🐛 Describe the bug

when you use the arrows to edit the Pomodoro duration it does not auto-save it until you click on the field and tap out again

Expected behavior

it was suppose to auto-save when I click the ^ button

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Pomodoro settings
2. Click ^ button to edit the duration
3. If you refresh the page it will reset to 20 minutes again
